Context

[Where the team started, what the business needed, and what made hiring hard. Two or three sentences in your words.]

What I did

Hiring and internships

I owned recruitment, onboarding and mentoring for the front-end team, and ran the internship program.

A career framework

Clear expectations for every level. It started in my team and was later used by 50+ engineers across the company.

Shared processes

A knowledge base, a dev guide, code review practices and a release policy. Onboarding time dropped by half.

Mentoring

5+ engineers grew from intern to mid-level. [Add one example.]

In their words

“[A sentence from someone who joined the team in that period about what it was like.]”

[Name][Role], EBS Integrator

What I'd change

[One or two honest lessons. What you would do earlier, or not at all.]
